PROPOSED AMENDED MUNICIPAL TICKET INFORMATION (MTI) BYLAWS

The staff Bylaw Review Committee has been working hard over the past two years reviewing all aspects of the Municipal Ticketing Information (MTI) bylaws adopted in 1998.  The Committee recently submitted a number of recommended changes (highlighted in yellow) for the bylaws, and the Town Council will give the Bylaws First, Second & Third Readings on Monday, February 11th at 6:30 p.m., in the Bear Pit.  The proposed amended regulatory "ticket" bylaws are:

Animal Control, Pound and License Bylaw No. 611, 2002

Business License Bylaw No. 612, 2002

Noise Control Bylaw No. 613, 2002

Property Maintenance Bylaw No. 614, 2002

Traffic Control Bylaw No. 615, 2002
