(Town and Electoral Area "A" and Electoral Area "B")

The question voted on by electors of the Town and Electoral Area "A" and Electoral Area "B" of the Northern Rockies Regional District was:

ARE YOU IN FAVOUR OF THE NORTHERN ROCKIES REGIONAL DISTRICT ESTABLISHING A LOCAL SERVICE TO OPERATE THE FORT NELSON HERITAGE MUSEUM IN FORT NELSON, B.C. by adopting "The Museum Service Establishment Bylaw No. 146, 2002" on behalf of the residents of the Town of Fort Nelson and of Electoral Area "A" and Electoral Area "B" of the Northern Rockies Regional District, with the cost of operating the Museum to be met by the collection of property value taxes in the Town and Electoral Area "A" and Electoral Area "B" and with the maximum amount of money that may be requisitioned each being $200,000 or at an average of 0.0991 per $1,000 of net taxable value of land and improvements, whichever is greater?
