	I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT ON MONDAY, September 25, 2006 at 10:00 AM, I shall offer for
	sale by Public Auction, each and every parcel of real property and such other improvements
	thereon as are taxable under the Municipal Act, upon which the taxes are delinquent from the
	persons in the list set forth below, unless said taxes shall be sooner paid.  The upset price
	shall be the lowest amount for which the said parcel of land and improvements thereon may
	be sold, and shall include:
	a) the total amount of delinquent taxes, including interest to date;
	b) the total amount of arrears taxes including interest to date;
	c) the amount of taxes including penalties incurred for the current year;
	d) Five Per Cent of the total of the foregoing amount;
	e) Land Registry fees.
