HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT ON MONDAY, September 26, 2005 at 10:00 AM, I shall
offer for |
|
| sale
by Public Auction, each and every parcel of real property and such other
improvements |
|
|
| thereon
as are taxable under the Municipal Act, upon which the taxes are delinquent
from the |
|
|
| persons
in the list set forth below, unless said taxes shall be sooner paid. The upset price |
|
|
| shall
be the lowest amount for which the said parcel of land and improvements
thereon may |
|
|
| be sold, and
shall include: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| a) the total
amount of delinquent taxes, including interest to date; |
|
|
|
|
|
| b) the total
amount of arrears taxes including interest to date; |
|
|
|
|
|
| c) the amount
of taxes including penalties incurred for the current year; |
|
|
|
|
| d) Five Per
Cent of the total of the foregoing amount; |
|
|
|
|
|
| e) Land
Registry fees. |
