The minutes available include Regional Council meetings, in addition to any Special Regional Council meetings that may take place.  If you have any questions regarding any of the Minutes, please contact Corporate Manager, Heather Cosman at (250) 774-2541 ext. 232.

Regional Council meetings are held at 6:30 p.m.on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, except during the months of July, August & December, when only one meeting is held per month, on the second Monday.  Meetings are open to the general public and held in the Bear Pit, Town Square, 5319 - 50th Avenue South.  If you wish to make a presentation to Regional Council as a formal delegation, please submit your request in writing by email to Corporate Manager Heather Cosman, or call (250) 774-2541, ext. 232.  There is also a short "public & news media question & answer" period at each meeting for more general questions.

Committees establish their own meeting times, dates and frequency.
